William Ross Stevenson

1945 - 2025

William Ross Stevenson, 80, of Middletown, Delaware, passed away peacefully after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his family's love and his God's unwavering presence.

Born in 1945, William was a gifted beautician whose talent, kindness, and strong work ethic left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was a man of deep honor and quiet strength, respected not only for his craft but also for his character. A God-fearing man, William lived a life marked by faith, dignity, and devotion to his loved ones.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Carolyn; his children, Sherry (Jason), Tracy, Dominique (Justin), William Ross Stevenson II, and Kayla; his sister, Janet Hanna; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom were sources of great pride and joy to him.

William will be remembered for the love he gave, the values he stood for, and the legacy he left in the hearts of those who knew him. In accordance with his wishes, the family will honor his life with a celebration of joy and remembrance. A Celebration of William's Life will be held at Crossroads Christian Church in Dover, DE on June 13th starting at 11A.M. Please RSVP to the family.
