Age 76, of Wilmington, DE, passed away at Seasons Hospice on Monday, December 1, 2014.Born in Wilmington, Bill was the son of the late Richard J. and Helen D. (Comly) Quinn. He served his country proudly in the US Navy from 1955 to 1959. Throughout his life, he worked in sales most notably for Preston Trucking Company in the 1970s' and 80's. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Maxine C. Quinn, and his sister, Patricia E. Hall.Bill is survived by his wife, Cynthia Shobe-Quinn, and his children: Maryann Quinn-Hendrix, and her husband Frank of Wilmington, John P. Quinn and his wife Adrienne of Newark, and William M. Quinn of Wilmington. In addition, he is survived by four grandchildren Maxine Q. Hendrix and Matthew P. Hendrix, and Harrison A. Quinn and Zoe P. Quinn, a sister Ann M. Tortella and her husband Richard of Newark, and a close family of nieces and nephews.A Visitation and Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 6th at St. Helena's Church, 602 Philadelphia Pike, Bellefonte, where friends are invited to call commencing at 1:30 PM, Mass at 2:30 PM.
