William F. Cagnacci, Jr., 86 of Margate City, NJ passed away peacefully on January 10, 2018 at Seasons Hospice.William was born in Wilmington, the son of the late Elva (Montague) and William F. Cagnacci, Sr. on December 27, 1931. He graduated from St. Peter's School and Salesianum School in 1949. Bill worked for Corporation Trust, Hercules Powder and for the U.S. Postal Service for 19 years before retiring in 1981. He was also predeceased by his brother, Paul Montague.The family would like thank the staffs of Christiana Hospital, Churchman's Village and Seasons Hospice.William is survived by his sister, Marian A. Cagnacci of Wilmington.Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10 AM at St. Matthews Church, 901 E. Newport Pike, Wilmington. Burial will be in Cathedral Cemetery, Wilmington.
