Age 54, of Dagsboro, DE, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2015 at Beebe Hospital after a long illness.Born in Wilmington, DE, Victor was the son of Sharon (Fuller) Russell Peck and the late Victor J. Russell, Sr. He worked as a self-employed carpenter in his business, Russell Construction Company. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his brothers, Benjamin J. and Charles M. Russell.He will be missed by his wife, Sheryl (Saxton) Russell; his children, Matthew and Kathryn Mae Russell; his mother, Sharon Peck and her husband, Robert of Dagsboro, DE; his sister and brother-in-law, Kathryn and Richard Ellis of Newark, DE; and many nieces and nephews.Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 11th at 11 AM at St. Matthew's Church, 901 E. Newport Pike, Wilmington, DE 19804 where friends are invited to visitation after 10 AM.
