Thomas Joseph Starobynski Jr, age 69, passed away after a short illness on Friday, December 22, 2023.

Tommy graduated from Delcastle High School and loved playing pool, motorcycles, and cars. He worked in the auto body industry his entire life.

Born in Wilmington to Catherine E. Starobynski and the late Thomas Joseph Starobynski. In addition to his mother, survivors include his children, Thomas Gerald Starobynski (Claire) and their children, Thomas, Ashley, Amber and Tristan and Timmy Herrman (Janea) and their children, Henry and Hayley.

Also surviving are his siblings, Debbie Starobynski-Jezyk (late Joe Jezyk), Mary Jo, Timmy (Michelle) and Billy (Amanda); the Moseley and Dorso families, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, members of his extended family and close friends.

The family would like to thank Marc Comeau for this care and support in recent years.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 AM on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at St. Matthew, 901 E Newport Pike, Wilmington, DE 19804, where family and friends can visit beginning at 11:00 AM.
