Thelma Marie Schneiders, 84 of Wilmington passed away peacefully on December 16, 2016 at Wilmington Hospital. Thelma was born in Elkton, MD, the daughter of the late Mary (Walls) and Clarence Cannon. She worked as a clerk in the accounts payable office of Ormond Beach Hospital in Florida. Thelma was predeceased by her beloved husband, Clifton A. Schneiders in 1998, her sons, Donnie in 1993 and Robert in 2013 and her sister, Elizabeth Cannon in 2009. Thelma is survived by her daughters, Deborah Corridori of Lewes, Kathe Neat of Doylestown, PA and Kimberly Jones of Middletown; her son, Michael Schneiders of Ormond Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Mindy, Matthew, Courtney, Andrew and Ryan and her great-grandchildren, Emma and Benjamin. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at the MEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 2509 Limestone Road, Wilmington, at 11 AM, where friends may call after 10 AM.
