Tammy L. Taylor, age 61, of Wilmington, DE passed away at her home on August 19, 2023.

Born in Wilmington, Tammy was the daughter of the late Nancy (Dean) and Donald Taylor. She graduated as a member of the class of 1980 from McKean High School. Tammy went on to work as an Inspector for the Teamsters Union for 15 years and was a homemaker for her daughter.

Tammy was very artistic and could make something beautiful out of anything. She loved butterflies and hummingbirds and enjoyed cooking a good meal for her family. Tammy loved listening to Rock'n'roll music, spending time riding on a motorcycle, and being near the water. She loved to dance and genuinely loved life. She will be dearly missed by her close family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Tammy was predeceased by her sisters; Donna Lauria and Lisa Harkeli; and her beloved dog, Henny. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Alisha and Samuel Rhodes V and his son, little Tommy; her grandchildren, William Carr and Jackson Rhodes; her nieces, Jessica and Taylor Harkeli and Stephanie Singleton; her great nephew, Scott, Jr.; a host of extended family, as well as her cats, who she adored Jasper and Truffles.
