Age 79 of the Jeanne Jugan Residence entered into eternal life on August 23, 2015.Sr. Josette was born August 4, 1936 in Allentown, PA, the daughter of Theresa Donchez and Joseph Novak. She made her religious profession on August 22, 1970 in Queens, NY. Sr. Josette served in several of our homes in the United States, the longest being in Washington D.C. for 18 years. She has been in the Newark home since 2005.She is survived by her sister Dolores Radek and her husband, Walter; her brother Joseph and his wife, Jean; her nephew, Walter, III and his wife, Shauna and their son, Joe and her niece, Susanne Kwichien and her husband, Jack.Friends are invited to visitation at Little Sisters of the Poor, 185 Salem Church Road, Newark, DE 19713 on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 from 3 to 6 PM. There will be a Rosary at 4pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday morning at 10:30 AM. Burial will be in Cathedral Cemetery, Wilmington. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Little Sisters of the Poor at the above address.
