Sheryle L. Pitman, age 68, of Wilmington, DE passed away on May 19, 2024. Born in Seattle, WA, she was the daughter of the late Evelyn (Phillips) and Paul Kutch, Sr. She graduated from John Dickinson High School and spent time working as a file clerk in addition to being a homemaker for her family. Sheryle was a parishioner at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Wilmington. She enjoyed spending time with her family, time at the pool and the beach, making amazing stuffed shells and volunteering at her local VFW.

Sheryle is survived by her children, Sherry Pitman of Wilmington, DE and Jacob Pitman of Parkville, MD; her grandchildren Jake and Wes Pitman; her siblings, Carol (Jim) Surprenant of Dover, DE; Annette (Delmas) Peters of Middletown, DE; Paul (Michelle) Kutch of Newark, DE and the late Paulette Scott of Newark, DE; her niece Samantha (Kevin) Thomas of Smyrna, DE; her nephews Jimmy Surprenant of Dover, DE, Ray Surprenant of Knoxville, TN, Dylan Kutch of Newark, DE, Aidan Kutch of Newark, DE and her Great Nephew Jack Thomas of Smyrna, DE.

A visitation will be held on May 31 st from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11 A.M at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 2503 Centerville Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Delaware Hospice
