Scott Wilson Grandstaff, age 67, of Newark, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025.

Scott was born in Bristol, PA, son of the late Lois M. (Morley) and Richard Norman Grandstaff. Scott graduated from Concord High School, class of 1977, where he was a member of the swimming team and won Second in the State for diving. Scott went on to serve our nation honorably in the U.S Coast Guard. After returning from the service, Scott became an HVAC Technician for Horizon and Service Today before retirement. Scott had a true sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh with his jokes and antics. In his free time, Scott loved golfing, fishing, eating crabs, cheering for his beloved Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies, and spending time with his friends and family.

Scott is survived by his former wife, Dawn Grandstaff; daughter and her husband, Lindsay (Larry) Flood; brother, Richard G. "Rick" Grandstaff; sister, Leslie; and numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends whom he all loved.

A visitation for Scott will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808, where friends and family may call from 2-3pm, with a Celebration of Life following at 3pm.
