Sandra D. Rigby, 67, of Wilmington, DE passed away at Wilmington Hospital on January 14, 2019. Born in Wilmington, Sandra was the daughter of the late Stella (Pegan) and George Downey. Sandra worked in the Red Clay Consolidated School District as a paraprofessional.Sandra is survived by her daughters, Keriann and Kristen Rigby, both of Wilmington, DE; her grandson, Isiah Rigby; and her husband, Paul Rigby.A visitation will be held on Saturday January 19th from 4-6 P.M. followed by funeral services at 6 P.M. at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road Wilmington, DE 19808.
