Rosemary Una Takahashi, age 70, of Wilmington, DE passed away surrounded by her family on September 12, 2024.

She was the daughter of the late Gwen (Pascoe) and Charles Guy of Cornwall, England. Rosemary moved to the United States in 1986 and later earned her Bachelor's degree from Regents College in New York and her Master's degree in education from Wilmington University. She spent time working in the public school system before transitioning to special education in the private sector. She was also a longtime representative of Delaware in the Women's Federation for World Peace. Rosemary enjoyed taking walks in Delcastle Recreational Park near her home in Pike Creek, and spending time with her husband, children, and close friends.

She is survived by her husband Kazuo and daughters Kasumi, Jine, Fumika, and Seiko.

A Visitation Gathering will be held from 9 A.M to 10 A.M with Funeral Services to be held at 10 A.M. Burial will follow at Lawncroft Cemetery, Marcus Hook. Online condolences may be made to mealeyfuneralhomes.com.
