Roman Jerald Blonarowycz, age 56, of Claymont, DE passed away on December 7th, 2021. Born in Chester, PA he was the son of the late Krystyna (Golas) and Aleksander Blonarowycz. Roman worked for the Christina School District for ten years as a Technology Support Specialist, managing computer technology and fleet services in their cafeteria systems. He also worked at his family-owned business, Krystyna's Polish Bakery in north Wilmington since his teenage years as a baker and cake decorator. Roman is predeceased by his parents and his brothers, Daniel and Robert Blonarowycz.

Roman was kind, loving, and kindred soul who never hesitated to help someone in need.

Heaven truly gained an angel.

Roman is survived by his wife, Kimberley R. Burns; his children, Larissa Blonarowycz and Danielle Blonarowycz; and his niece and nephew, Tristan Blonarowycz and Sarah Blonarowycz.

A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday December 21, 2021 at the Mealey Funeral Home, 703 N. Broom Street Wilmington, DE 19805 from 12 P.M. to 1 P.M. with a prayer to follow after.
