Robin C. Groff, 66, of Newark, DE, passed away on April 6, 2023, at Christiana Hospital.

Robin was born in Pottstown, PA, Daughter of the late Anna (Kepner) and Kermit Steffey. Robin is a graduate of Bucks County Community College with an associate degree. For much of her life, she worked as a restaurant and ice cream store manager, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Robin was very involved with the Cecil County Coral Society where they sang in various churches for all to hear. She was also an avid Notre Dame and Indie 500 fan. Her hobbies included cross stitching, singing and ceramics. She always had a smile for everyone and was very kind to everyone.

Robin will be dearly missed by her husband, Kenneth Groff; and her sons, David Groff and William Groff.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Burial will be held privately.
