Robert V. Moses, age 76, of Wilmington, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, January 13th, 2024.

Robert was born in Wilmington, DE the son of the late Leone Quill and Robert Moses. Robert attended St. Ann's Grade School in his younger years and graduated from Salesianum School in 1964. Shortly after, he enrolled at Goldey Beacom College and graduated in 1966. Robert was very involved in the bowling community, especially at Parkway Bowling and Prices Lanes. He went on to be inducted in the Delaware Bowling Hall of Fame. Robert was a very generous man giving his time to Stapler Athletic Association, St. Ann's Catholic Youth Organization, and helping with fundraising for Big Brother Big Sisters of Delaware.

In addition to his parents, Robert is predeceased by his stepson, Donny Mitten. He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Moses; daughter, Shelley Murphy (Matt); son, Charles Griffin (Karen); grandchildren, Alexandria, Edward, Jessika and Matthew; great grandchildren, Gracesin, Illana, Malik, and Noah; his beloved cat, Max; and many cousins and extended family.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024 from 10 A.M. to 11A.M. with Funeral Services beginning at 11 A.M. at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road Wilmington, DE 19808. Burial will follow at Cathedral Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to Cedars United Methodist Church, 100 Harrison Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19808.
