Robert J. "Bob" Moser, age 89, of Hockessin and Rehoboth Beach, DE passed away surrounded by his loving family and went to be with his wife, Sandra, on July 14th, 2024.

Born in Wilmington, Bob was the son of the late Amelia R. (Lopez) and Ross D. Moser.  A graduate of Salesianum School in 1952, he served as the Grand Marshall for the graduating class of 2013.  Bob was in the Army Reserves from 1957-1963. He worked for over 35 years as a Personal Banker at WSFS Bank prior to his retirement. In August of 1959, he married the love of his life Sandra Berry.  They welcomed four children. Bob and his wife, Sandra, were longtime parishioners of St. Anthony of Padua Church and St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Wilmington, DE. He was a caring person to everyone he knew and met throughout his life.  His hope was that people knew him to be a good husband, father and grandfather.

In addition to his parents and in-laws, Bob was predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Sandra Moser in 2018; his brothers, Lou, Tom and Richard; and his sister Marilyn. He is survived by his children and their spouses, Ellen and Michael Rodowicz, Colleen and Paul Morales, Joseph and Christine Moser, and Robert Moser. His grandchildren, Michael John and Katelyn Grace Rodowicz, Paul Joseph and Zachary Robert Morales, Joseph Michael, Madison Christine, and Avery Marie Moser.

A visitation will be held on Monday July 22, 2024, from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 301 N. Bancroft Parkway Wilmington, DE 19805, with a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Cathedral Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the American Heart Association, 131 Continental Dr # 407, Newark, DE 19713, or the Prostate Cancer Foundation, 1250 Fourth Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
