Rita Wooten, age 77, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on November 15th, 2023. Born in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Julia and Ernest Bonifacino. Rita spent time working in childcare professionally for over thirty years. She enjoyed going for walks, crocheting, playing video games and gardening. She enjoyed spending her free time during retirement with her children and family.

In addition to her parents, Rita was predeceased by her husband of 22 years, John. She is survived by her children: Stephen, Richard, and Katherine Wooten; their spouses and her grandson, Daniel; and her siblings, Ruthie, Carol, and Jimmy.
