Age 57 of Newark, DE passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Seasons Hospice. Phyllis was born in Wilmington, the daughter of the Norman Bogia and the late Dorothy P. Lacy. She was a graduate of Christiana High School and her hobbies included doing jigsaw puzzles, vacationing at the beach and caring for animals. Phyllis is survived by her husband of 31 years, Paul J. Riley; her father Norman Bogia of Newport; three aunts, Ginny Wonchoba of Newark, Pat Yochis of Townsend, and Mary Lou Bishop of Newark; one uncle Robert Abrams of Millington MD and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
