Paul C. Rigby, 72 of Bear passed away 0n Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Christiana Hospital. Paul was born in Newark, the son of the late Jeane (Thuet) and Ellwood Rigby. He was a graduate of Newark High School and attended Delaware Technical and Community College. He served his country in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Delaware National Guard. He worked in the construction trade for many years before retiring. His wife, Sandra (Downey) Rigby passed away in 2019. He is survived by his daughters, Keriann Rigby and Kristen Rigby, both of Wilmington, DE; his grandson, Isiah Rigby of Wilmington, DE; and his brother, Wayne Rigby and his wife, Julie of Seaford.
