Patricia A. Miles, 84 of Wilmington passed away peacefully at the Regal Heights Nursing Home on April, 16, 2020. Patricia was born on July 9, 1936 in Girardville, PA the daughter of the late Ethel (Neiss) and William Nelson. Pat graduated from St. John's High School and was a former parishioner of Christ Our King and St. Hedwig parishes. She treasured every holiday she got to spend surrounded by her family and loved ones. Patsy also took great pride in watching her great grandson, Jimmy Caputo, grow into an intelligent and kind young man. She and her late husband were longtime Philadelphia Eagles fans, often hosting weekend gatherings with all their friends and family in attendance. Her husband, James T. Miles passed away in 2001. She worked as a barkeep at the Walnut Room for many years before joining MBNA bank. She was a beloved resident of Chelten senior apartments where she enjoyed bingo and chatting with her many close friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her daughters, Jolene and her husband, Loile Graves Jr. and Roxanne Harris and her grandson, Joseph Jones. Pat will be remembered by her daughters, Trina and Karen; her son, Frank; her son-in-law, Mitchell; her grandchildren, Jimmy and wife Katrina, Erica, Marissa, Devon, Alicia, Shawn and Amanda and a large extended family.
