Nanci (Gardner) Miller, age 60, of Wilmington, DE passed away at her residence on May 12, 2022. Born in Wilmington, DE she was the daughter of the late Barbara (Nichols) and Douglas "Jack" Gardner. She graduated from Dickinson High School and worked for over 30 years at the Cigna Corporation prior to her retirement. Nanci loved the beach, especially Fenwick Island, and enjoyed any time relaxing in the sun picking crabs with a cold one. Nanci's happiest moments were spent with her close friends and big family.

Nanci is survived by her husband of 37 years, Robert "Bob" Miller; her children, Sean Miller, Laura Miller, Tommy Miller and his wife, Megan; her granddaughter, Piper Grace; her siblings and their spouses, Vicki and Dusty ByRoade, Sherri and Jim Ludlow, Barbi and Mike Queen, Jon and Joanne Gardner, as well as Conni and Wayne Ostafy; her brothers-in-law and their spouses, Michael and Sheila Miller, Mark and Jane Miller; and her numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Thursday May 19, 2022 from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. with funeral services beginning at 12 P.M. at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road Wilmington, DE 19808. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Salesianum High School, 1801 N Broom St, Wilmington, DE 19802.
