Jean (Hollabaugh) Greene, 84, of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Denver, PA and Mt. Union, PA passed away on October 4, 2016 at the home of her daughter, Lyn Cafferty, with whom she resided for the past seven years. Jean was born in Mt. Union on March 2, 1932 to Thomas & Clara Hollabaugh. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Preston Greene in 2009, and by eight of her nine siblings. Her sister, Bonnie Seibert of Fannettsburg survives. In addition to daughter Lyn, Jean is also survived by daughter, Priscilla, married to Joe Giacobello of Denver, PA, and three grandchildren: Granddaughter Ryan Aiken (spouse Derek) of Wilmington, Joe Giacobello (spouse Melissa) of Fleetwood, PA and Scott Giacobello (spouse Monica) of San Clemente, CA. Jean was fortunate to be able to enjoy six great-grandchildren: Jake, Ben, Sam, Aidan, Lindsey and Owen. Jean and Ed were former members of St. John's Center Lutheran Church, where Jean was a member of the Altar Guild. Jean will be remembered by her family and friends as a kind, loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother -- always there and willing to help.
