Michael "Mike" Francis Duggan, 62, of Elsmere, Delaware, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2022 after an 11-year battle with cancer.
Mike was born and raised in Dewey Beach, Delaware. There he could be found in the surf, on a fishing boat, or helping his family run The Starboard restaurant. Mike was a devoted father, always willing to spare his time, and he will be deeply missed by his grateful children.
