Mary Ann Lilley, 71, of Hockessin, DE, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024, surrounded by her family.

Mary Ann was born in Berwick, PA, the daughter of the late Elinor Jane Moorhead (Keck) and Frederick Herbert Moorhead. Mary Ann graduated from Dickinson High School, class of 1971. For most of her career, Mary Ann worked as a medical assistant until her retirement. Mary Ann's family meant everything to her, especially her grandchildren; she was their number one fan and never missed a show, recital, game, competition, or any event they participated in. In her free time, Mary Ann enjoyed shopping with her daughters, being on her daughter's boat, spending time with her friends and family, and playing games on her iPad. In addition to her parents, Mary Ann was predeceased by her brothers, James and Thomas Moorhead.

Mary Ann is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Robert "Bob" Lilley; her beloved daughters, Stacie and her husband Tony Zdrojewski II, and Tanya and her fiancé James Huntington II; grandchildren Anthony, Alison, Bridget, Ella, and Liam; great-grandchild Walker; beloved dog Daisy; and numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends, all whom she loved.

A visitation for Mary Ann will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808. Friends and family may call from 5 to 6 p.m., with a Celebration of Life following at 6 p.m. Burial will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Mary Ann's name to the Foundation Fighting Blindness or The Trevor Project.
