Marijon Remington Donnelly, 83 of Wilmington and Rehoboth passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at St. Francis Hospital following a brief illness.

Marijon was born in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Kathryn (Green) and John Tabb Remington. She graduated from the Mercy Hospital School of Nursing and worked as a registered nurse at St. Francis Hospital for 23 years.  She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Marijon was predeceased by her sister, Nancy Gordon and her brothers, Peter and John Remington.

Marijon will be dearly missed by her husband of 61 years, F. Eugene "Gene" Donnelly; her daughters, Fran Glick of Baltimore, MD and Dee Dee Morris and her husband, Larry of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Hannah, Kitty, Sam, Christopher and Sara and her sister and brother-in-law, Kathryn Remington Kramer  and Peter L. Kramer II  of Baltimore, MD.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Shipley and Weldin Roads at 11:30 AM.  Friends may call at the church after 10:30 AM.  Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to either Delaware Hospice, 630 Churchmans Road, Suite 200, Newark, DE 19702 or the Sunday Breakfast Mission, 110 Poplar St, Wilmington, DE 19801.
