Age 65, of Newark, DE, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, September 16, 2014.Born in Detroit, MI, Peggy was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Jean (Hensley) Bash. She worked as a licensed cosmetologist until her retirement.She will be dearly missed by her husband of 36 years, William T. Santow; her son, Nicholas W. Santow; and her brothers, Lawrence Bash of Bridgetown, NJ, Raymond Bash and Frederick Bash, both of Wilmington, DE.Funeral services will be celebrated on Friday, September 19th at the chapel at All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington at 12 noon.
