Margaret M. Greloch "Maggie," age 78, of Wilmington, passed peacefully at home on Friday, May 15, 2026, surrounded by love.
Born in Wilmington, Maggie was the daughter of the late Agnes Ksiazek and Edward Truszkowski. She graduated from St. Hedwig's Grade School and Wilmington High School. She went on to work as a Senior Executive Associate for ING Mutual, where she dedicated decades of service.
Maggie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched so many lives. She shared 26 loving years of marriage with her beloved husband, Joseph S. Greloch. She was the proud mother of David Handlin, Kim Auen, and stepdaughter, Denise Orsini (Anthony). She cherished her role as Nana to Nicholas Auen (Xiomara) and Joseph Orsini (Kelci), who brought endless joy and pride to her life.
She is also survived by her sisters Dorothy DiDonato (Robert) and Agnes Rhodes, along with many loving nieces and nephews. Maggie was preceded in death by her sisters, Elizabeth Leonard and Helena Maxwell and her brother, Stanley Truszkowski.
Maggie also shared a special bond with her beloved dog, Marley, whose companionship brought her comfort and happiness throughout the years.
Her family extends heartfelt gratitude to her devoted caregivers, Shaquell, Anijah and Bayada nurse, Danielle. Their compassion, patience, and daily support brought comfort and dignity to Maggie and peace to those who loved her. Their care and kindness will never be forgotten.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Hedwig's Church, Linden and North Harrison Streets, on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, or the BVSPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.
Maggie will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.
