Margaret R. Buck, age 73, of Newark, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 22, 2024.

Margaret was born in Harrisburg PA, daughter of the late Margaret E. (Canning) and Phillip Jacob Raudensky. Margaret graduated from Central Dolphin High School in Harrisburg and received her associate degree in arts from Goldey Beacom College. Margaret went on to work as a Financial Analyst at Astra Zeneca, formerly ICI, for over 30 years before her retirement. In her free time, Margaret enjoyed gardening, vacationing at the beach in South Bethany, and spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren. Margaret loved spending as much time with her grandchildren as possible and was their number one fan, rooting them on at every sporting event they participated in.

Margaret is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, John Buck; son and his wife, Eric (Sharon) Buck; daughter and her husband, Jennifer (Matthew) Burlew; grandchildren, Corryn (Justin) Rau, Morgan Burlew, Adriana Buck, Lily Buck, and Maxwell Buck; brother, Phillip Raudensky; sister, Frances Schaffstall; and numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends whom she all loved.

The family would like to thank the Compassionate Care and Cokesbury Village Memory Care and Skilled Nursing teams for all the truly benevolent and excellent care they provided for Margaret.

Funeral Services and Burial will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Margaret's name to Compassionate Care and/or Cokesbury Village Memory Care and Skilled Nursing teams.
