Lou A. Bacot, beloved husband, devoted father & grandfather, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at the age of 66 from unforeseen heart complications.

Born in Compton, CA, Lou was the son of the late Lois (Clark) and Julian Bacot. After graduating from Los Alamitos High School in 1974, he met his wife of 42 years, Terri, in 1978. While he went on to work in printing and finishing at RR Donnelly, he was also blessed to have raised three beautiful children, Danielle, Allison, and Adam.

Lou had a passion for the outdoors and camping. He treasured the trips he was able to take to the Sierras, specifically, Jackass Meadows and Lake Edison with his family and grandchildren. In September 2020, Lou and his wife, Terri decided to relocate to Newark, Delaware where he would later retire in 2021. In his retirement, Lou enjoyed spending time woodworking in his shed and creating unique pieces of art for those he loved.

Lou was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Juli Erickson. He is survived and will be missed by his wife, Terri Bacot of Newark, DE; his children, their spouses, and their children:

·Danielle and Brandon Davis of Temecula, CA. Children, Jenna Taliaferro, Kylah & Austin Davis

·Allison and Robert Jackson III of Hanover, MD. Children, Robert Jackson IV & Audra Jackson.

·Adam Bacot and Lina Younes-Bacot of Hanover, MD.

Funeral services will be held privately.
