Lorraine M. Sheeky, 68 of Middletown passed away peacefully on May 27, 2017 at Parkview Nursing Home surrounded by loved ones. Lorraine was born in Wilmington, daughter of the late Mary Rose (Nesci) and Ernest Torsell. She was a 1968 graduate of Brandywine High School and a former member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Lorraine was a homemaker that enjoyed entertaining guests in her home and sharing her craft making arts with friends and family. She loved animals and enjoyed singing.Lorraine is survived by her husband of 45 years, Patrick A. Sheeky; her daughter and husband, Cynthia and Gabriel Bonnes of Claymont; her son, Steven Sheeky of Woonsocket, RI and her granddaughter, Anna Sheeky.Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Shipley and Weldin Roads on Monday, June 5th at 11 AM, where friends may call after 10 AM.
