Lois E. Gonzalez, age 84, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on August 24, 2024. Lois was born in Wilmington, DE to Anna Rose (Fowler) and George MacDonald Sr. "Harry" on July 25, 1940.

Lois was a loving mother to her only daughter, Kathy, and to her two grandchildren, Kevin and Chelsea. She was a devoted wife and homemaker to her husband Enrique "Henry" of 31 years. Lois also kept a close relationship with her sister, Carol, with their Sunday afternoon get-togethers and shopping trips. She always seemed to have a penchant for providing a cheerful anecdote or poem for every celebratory occasion.

Lois was preceded in death by her husband Enrique Gonzalez, her parents George Sr. and Anna Rose MacDonald, and her sisters Judith "Kay" Baird, Phyllis McNulty, Lorraine McNulty, Gloria Smith, Audrey Slank and Jeanette MacDonald.

By her passing, Lois will be forever missed but her life will be celebrated by her surviving family: daughter and son-in-law Kathy and John Eoppolo, grandchildren Kevin Coverdale and Chelsea Coverdale, sister Carol Arrowood and brother George MacDonald Jr.

Graveside services for Lois will be held at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 North DuPont Hwy, New Castle, DE 19720 on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 12:00PM.
