Leona Farrell, 56 of Newark passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 24, 2019.Leona was born in Vineland, NJ, the daughter of the late Frances (Montecalvo) and Paul Nucito. She was a graduate of Buena Regional High School and a homemaker.Leona is survived by her husband of 37 years, Morton H. Farrell, Jr.; her son Jeffrey Nucito; her daughters and their husbands, Kimberly Wood, Heather Heck (Harry), Jaimie Lopez (John Yashur) and Stephanie Farrell, all of Newark; her sisters, Frances Harris of Millville, NJ and Paulette Basile of Vineland, NJ; her brothers, Paul Nucito, Jr. of Millville, NJ and Frank Nucito of South New Jersey and her grandchildren, Mikayla, Dane, Riley, Karmella, Maleigha, Kristina, Penelope, John V and Jordyn, all the love of her life.Funeral services will be private at a later date.
