Kathleen B. Madigan, age 81, of Wilmington, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

Kathleen was born in West Philadelphia, PA, daughter of the late Kathleen R. and Thomas P. Brannan. Kathleen graduated from West Catholic High School in Philadelphia and went on to become a homemaker to raise her young family. Kathleen's family meant the world to her and she cherished every moment spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. In her free time, Kathleen enjoyed painting, drawing, fishing, bowling, playing bingo, and making the occasional trip to Delaware Park. In addition to her parents, Kathleen was also predeceased by her loving husband, Michael G. Madigan in 2015.

Kathleen is survived by her sons, Michael and Kevin (Kathleen) Madigan; grandchildren, Abigail, Josephine, and Doctavian; siblings, Thomas Brannan, Terry Mackenzie, and Michael Brannan; and numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends whom she all loved.

A visitation for Kathleen will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808, where family and friends may call from 4 to 6pm, with a memorial service following at 6pm. Burial will be held privately.
