Judith Lynn Sann, age 78, of Newark, DE passed away on May 1st, 2024. Born in Wilmington, she was the daughter of the late Beatrice (Chambers) and William Simmons. She graduated from P.S. DuPont High School and spent time working in administration at the University of Delaware. Judy also coordinated an in-home daycare program and was a homemaker for her children. Judy enjoyed spending time at Longwood Gardens and reading. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.

Judy is survived by her children, Jason Sann, Aimee Oller (Scott), and Ethan Sann (Jasmine); her grandchildren, Ean Sann, Travis, Wilson, Kendall Oller, and Colton Sann. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, William Simmons.

A Celebration of Judy's life will be held on Monday May 13th from 11AM to 12:30PM with seated services beginning at 12:30PM at the Mealey Funeral Homes, 2509 Limestone Road Wilmington, DE 19808. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Accent Care Hospice, 220 Continental Drive Newark, DE 19713.
