Joyce M. Miller, 71 of Newport passed away peacefully on February 27, 2019 at Brandywine Nursing Home.Joyce was born in Wilmington, the daughter of the late Lottie (Lloyd) and Frank Marston. She was a graduate of A.I. DuPont High School and worked for Farmers Bank, retiring in 1981.Joyce is survived by her husband of 41 years, Jimmie Miller; her daughter, Bonnie Ramirez and her husband, Francisco of Pine Grove, PA; her son, Michael B. Miller of Newport; her granddaughter, Amber Price of Newark and her three brothers.A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 10:30 to 11:30 AM at the MEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 2509 Limestone Road, Wilmington.
