Joseph John Lehman, 85 of Rehoboth Beach passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023 at Beebe Hospital surrounded by his family.

Joe was born in Philadelphia, PA the son of the late Anna (Ferrie) and William John Lehman. He graduated from the University of Delaware and served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He worked as a chemist for over 42 years for Morton Thiokol, Inc.

In addition to his parents, Joe was predeceased by his wife, Patricia (Jarmon) Lehman in 2017 and his brothers, William and Jack.

Joe will be dearly missed by his sons and their wives, Breck and Michele of Newark and Joel and Julie of Silver Springs, MD; his grandchildren, Schuyler, Regan and Peyton and his sister, Peggy Giusti of Wilmington.

Friends are invited to call at the MEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 2509 Limestone Road, Wilmington on Friday September 8th from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery, Wilmington.
