Joan M. Boyle, age 93, of Wilmington, DE passed away on January 16, 2022 in Linden Hall at the Friends Home in Kennett Square, PA,.

Born in Hazleton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Cecelia (Boyle) and Cornelius J. Denion. She graduated from Freeland High School and was a loving homemaker.

In addition to her parents, Joan was predeceased by her son, Joseph Boyle in 2013, her husband of 65 years, Gerald J. Boyle in 2020, and her six siblings.

She is survived by her children and their spouses, Tim Boyle, Jim and Patty Boyle, Tom and Barb Boyle, and Joanie and Fred Ham.  She was a beloved Nana to Brad, Bryant, Erin, Breanne, Jimmy, Katelyn, Emily; and her six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held privately.
