Jeremy Alan Rogers, "Big Al", passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 8, 2026.

Jeremy was born in New Castle, England, son of the late Alwyn (Rusby) and Jeremiah R. Rogers. Jeremy graduated from Brown Vocational High School and went on to become a pipe fitter for over 60 years in Local Union 74. Jeremy was instrumental in teaching math classes to new members joining the union for over 20 years. In his free time, Jeremy enjoyed traveling, hunting, skiing, sailing, and spending time with his friends and family. In addition to his parents, Jeremy was also predeceased by his brothers, Patrick and Richard "Pete" Rogers; and sister, Judith Schwagel.

Jeremy is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Gloria Testone Rogers; daughter, Genevieve Rogers; stepsons, Michael and Stephen McHugh; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends whom he all loved.

A visitation for Jeremy will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808, where friends and family may call from 12:30pm to 1:30pm, with a memorial service following at 1:30pm. Burial will be held privately.
