Jeffrey P. Muldoon, age 56, of Elsmere, DE, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, March 9, 2023.

Jeffrey was born in Wilmington, the son of Joanne H. (Laskowski) and Paul J. Muldoon. Jeffrey graduated from Dickinson high school and became a multi-craftsman. Jeffrey had many passions, but he had a true love for trucks. In his free time, Jeffrey loved listening to Rock N' Roll music. Jeffrey is predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Paul and Lilian Muldoon; and maternal grandparents, Richard and Wanda Laskowski.

In addition to his parents, Jeffrey is survived by his sister, Alayna (Jeffrey) Cooke; nephew Tanner Cooke; girlfriend Celeste Scheu; and close family friends whom he all loved.

A visitation for Jeffrey will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at St. John the Beloved Roman Catholic Church, 907 Milltown Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808, where family and friends may call from 10 to 11am, with a Mass of Christian Burial following at 11am. Burial will follow at All Saints cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Jeffrey's name to American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852.
