Janine A. Pearsall, age 69, of Claymont, DE, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 12, 2022.

Janine was born in Los Angeles, CA, daughter of the late Teresa (Whitaker) and Belton Honorae. Janine graduated from high school and began her career as a teacher and went on to be a security guard at a nuclear power plant in southern New Jersey. She also spent time working in banking and making floral arrangements. In her free time, Janine loved to drive, travel, and spend as much time as possible with her family. In addition to her parents, Janine was also predeceased by her brother, Carlton Honorae.

Janine is survived by her son, Benjamin Pearsall; grandchildren, Simeon and Xylon Pearsall; brother, Bobby Honorae; nephew Cameron Honorae; and nieces, Angela Grayson, and Adrienne Honorae.

A visitation for Janine will take place on Friday, October 21, 2022, at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808, where family and friends may call from 10 AM to 12 PM. Burial will be held privately.
