He later became a Planner for unit maintenance refurbishing, and then Instructor for all new Engineers and Maintenance hires starting with the refinery. He and Ann settled on a home in Port St. Lucie, FL and would stay there during the winter months and return to Delaware to be with family during the summer months. He loved boating and fishing the Chesapeake and had several boats where family enjoyed many times together.
