Honorine M. Curley, age 94, of Wilmington, DE passed away at Seasons Hospice in Wilmington, DE on July 3, 2021. Born in Swansea, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Monahan) and Joseph Raposa. She graduated from high school and worked as a telephone operator for Bell Telephone Company and retired from Verizon, in addition to being a homemaker. Honorine was predeceased by her husband, James J. Curley, Jr. in 2007, one month shy of their 54th wedding anniversary; and by her siblings, Virginia Fern and Joseph Raposa. Honorine is survived by her children, James J. Curley, III, "Jim", and Rosemary Seiz and her husband, George, Sr. of Wilmington, DE; her grandchildren, George Seiz, Jr. (Leigh), Kerri Ann Geary (Robert), and Brian Seiz; and her great-grandchildren, Gavin, Julia, and Samantha. Funeral services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Faithful Friends Animal Society, 12 Germay Drive Wilmington, DE 19804.
