Age 72, of Newark, DE, formerly of Wilmington passed away peacefully on Monday, October 5, 2015 at the Heartland Hospice House.Born in Wilmington, Georgiana was the daughter of the late James L. Benson and Evelyn F. (Baylis) Burton. She worked for AstraZeneca as a line leader in the packaging department for 27 years. She was a lifelong member of First and Central Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and going to her beach house. She was predeceased by her husband, Clifford W. Robinson, her mother, Evelyn Burton, grandparents, Norman and Florence Baylis, and her niece Deborah L. Poplos.Georgiana will be dearly missed by her daughters and sons-in-law, Terri (Sayers) and Allen Piazza of Newark, DE and Karen (Sayers) and Larry Marshall of Hartley, DE; five grandchildren, Allen (Liz), Kevin (Katie) and Phillip Piazza and Brian and Lisa Marshall; and three great grandchildren, Autumn and Caleb Piazza and Ariana Marshall. Also surviving are her brother and sister-in-law, James N. and Yong Benson; her sister and brother-in-law, Norma F. and Charles Poplos; one nephew and three nieces.Friends and family are invited to visitation on Friday, October 9th evening between 6 and 8 PM at Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road, Wilmington. A funeral service will be held on Saturday morning at 10 AM at First and Central Presbyterian Church, 1101 N. Market Street, Wilmington. Interment will follow at Gracelawn Memorial Park, New Castle.
