Age 62, of Bear, DE, passed from this life on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Heartland Hospice, Hockessin, Delaware. Jeff was born on October 27, 1952 in Wilmington, DE to the late Richard H. Baldwin, Sr. and Eleanor C. Baldwin. Jeff was a 1971 Mount Pleasant HS Graduate. He retired in 2003 from Bank of NY Collections Dept./Newark. Jeff was a Volunteer Disaster Action Team Coordinator for the American Red Cross Delmarva Peninsula for 25 years. In 2000, Jeff was honored with an award for his service at the Governor's Volunteer Award Ceremony. Another organization Jeff enjoyed volunteering his time for was Special Olympics. Jeff's loved test driving new cars; watching the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies (if they were winning!) and planning that yearly vacation with Pam.Jeff is survived by his wife of 22 years, Pamela A. Baldwin, who was "the love of his life," brother, Richard H. Baldwin, Jr. and wife Janet of Elkton, MD; brother-in-law, Bill Reiber and wife Jenny of Tampa, FL; sister-in-law, Sharon Walklett and husband Tom of Marco Island, FL; brother-in-law, Robert Anderson and wife Danielle of Las Vegas, NV; and sister-in-law, Jeanne DiBenedetto and husband Joseph of Tinton Falls, NJ; 5 nieces; 8 nephews; 2 great nieces; 2 great nephews and he loved "The Dogs"---Ringo, Allie, Sam and Brady.Celebration of Jeff's life will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 11:00 am at Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road, DE where friends are invited to visitation after 10:00 am.
