Frank Wolf, of Newark, DE, passed away on October 17, 2024, at the age of 82. Born in Yugoslavia, Frank was the beloved son of the late Andreas and Magdalena Wolf. He cherished his heritage and was a dedicated member of the Delaware Saengerbund, German-American Club, where he actively participated in the DSB Singers, the German Genealogy Group and language classes.

In retirement Frank enjoyed traveling to Austria, spending time with his longtime companion Brigitte and her family. Together, they traveled the world, visiting numerous countries across several continents. Locally, Frank was a familiar face at D-Fit (Delaware Swim and Fitness) and was a devoted parishioner of St. John the Beloved Church in Wilmington. He also treasured time spent with his children and grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Frank was predeceased by his wife of 40 years, Rosalie Wolf. He is survived by his sons and their spouses, Michael and Susan Wolf, Eric Wolf, and Christopher and Courtney Wolf; his grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Sarah, Carson, and Weston; his sister and brother-in-law, Hermine and Reinhold Kuska; and his companion, Brigitte Strauss.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 10th from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Delaware Saengerbund and Library Association, 49 Salem Church Rd, Newark, DE 19713-2933.
