Francis T. Starrett, age 67, of Bear, Delaware, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2024.

Frank, as he was called by many, was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoyed watching them each season and talking about sports all year round. He also enjoyed comedy, music, dogs, friends and his loved ones.  Frank was always the "fun" Uncle and was a magnet to his nephews, along with their children in later years.

Frank had the purest heart and will always be remembered for his love of those around him. He could keep a conversation going for hours and would always chime in with a joke. Frank never sought recognition for his good deeds and rarely even mentioned them but he spread hope and joy to many. Along with his dog, Bella, making people smile is what truly made Frank happy.

The best way to remember Frank is to never forget the laughs he brought us all over many years.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Matthew W. Starrett and Anita Howe Starrett. He is survived by his sister, Denise Starrett Boyer and her husband Dan; his brother Matthew Starrett; three nephews, Jared Boyer and his wife Brittany,  Eric Starrett and his wife Rachel and Adam Starrett and his wife Jessica and many cousins that he loved.

Funeral services will be held privately.
