Francis X. Malloy, Jr., 67 of Elsmere passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at his residence. Frank was born in Wilmington, the son of Patricia (McGinnis) and Francis X. Malloy. He was a 1971 graduate of Salesianum School and he graduated from the Art Institute of Chicago. Frank was an artist, he served in the Delaware National Guard and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Frank is survived by his parents, Patricia and Francis of New Castle; his brothers and their spouses, Bernard and Donna of Wilmington, Michael of New Castle, John of Wilmington, Kevin and Louise of Wilmington, Timothy of Northeast, MD and Matthew and Antonia of Oldsmar, FL; his sisters and their husbands, Mary Spencer of Lewes, Patricia Malloy of Wilmington, Amy and Edward Bosso of Watertown, MA and Sara and Greg Howell of Newark and numerous nieces and nephews.
