Elizabeth R. Mangini, age 101, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, surrounded by her family.

Elizabeth was born on December 9, 1922, the daughter of the late Anthony and Elena (Angelozzi) Pedicone. She was a 1940 graduate of Wilmington High School, and a founding parishioner of St. John the Beloved Catholic Church. She retired from Sears after 25 years at MacArthur Drive and Prices Corner.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Joseph S. Mangini in 1976; her sisters Louisa Flacco and Antonina Willey; her daughter-in-law, Joanne; and granddaughter Kelley; and her niece, Elena Dashiell.

Elizabeth is survived by her sons Joseph M. (Jean) of Selbyville, DE and Michael A. (Rosanna) of Bear, DE; her grandchildren, Michael (Allie), and Courtney; her sister Rita Sarmousakis of Wilmington, DE.

Funeral services and burial will be held privately.
