Edward J. Scully, IV "Tad", age 60, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2025 after a short illness in Sebastian, FL. Tad was born in Wilmington, DE, the son of Susan (Mealey) Demusz and the late Edward J. Scully III and stepfather, John T. Demusz. After spending time abroad as a child, Tad moved back to the Wilmington area and operated Annie's Deli on Greenhill Avenue. He moved to Sebastian, FL twelve years ago and enjoyed the warm weather and the beach. Tad also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his wife and close family.

Tad was predeceased by his father, Edward J. IV, his stepfather, John T. Demusz, and mother-in-law, Dorothy C. Cook. He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Wendy C. Scully; stepson, Paul M. Valenti; mother, Susan Mealey Demusz; sisters, Suzanne Gubich, Corynn Thompson, and Kristen Stein; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

Funeral services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to H.A.L.O. Rescue Shelter, 710 Jackson Street Sebastian, Fl. 33958.
