Edna B. Jones, age 86, of Wilmington, DE passed away on February 15th, 2023.

Born in England, she was the daughter of the late Blanche and Morton Haylock. She worked for over 25 years at Webb's Cleaners on Philadelphia Pike prior to her retirement. Following her retirement, Edna enjoyed spending time with her daughters and her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Edna was preceded in death by her sisters, Audrey McCarthy, Sybil Hedges, Vera Whitman, and Gladys Haylock; and her brothers, Morton Haylock Jr. and Edmond Haylock. Edna is survived by her husband of 59 years, Bobby C. Jones; her daughters, Julie (Joe) Dugan of Kennett Square, PA, Denise Jones of Elkton, MD, and Marie Jones of Wilmington, DE; her grandchildren, Sarah and Mark Dugan; her sister Vivian Gorenson (Jim); and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A visitation will be held on Friday February 24th from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road Wilmington, DE 19808. Burial will be held privately. Online condolences may be made at mealeyfuneralhomes.com.
